Use this form to indicate your agency’s willingness and interest in participating in the 6 HIV Awareness nights during preview performances of RENT at Diversionary theatre. The nights are May 21st-24th and the 28th and 29th.

POZabilities will serve as lead agency in coordinating the events and distribution of 20 free performance tickets to lead agencies. Tickets will ultimately be distributed at the discretion of the Diversionary staff. Each lead agency will have the opportunity to provide a short presentation on the work that their agency is doing in the community and the needs that it addresses. Each night will also include a short HPG presentation designed to recruit volunteers and inform the community.

Participation does NOT require any financial commitment from an agency beyond the services they choose to provide. This is an awareness, not a fundraising, effort.
