There are few things beyond medication that provide the value to living well and quality of life as does exercise and good nutrition. As part of our healthy living programs, POZabilities strives to provide relevant information to the community.
Eat your way to better Health
Each year since 2023 we have worked with Mama’s kitchen to develop classes that provide information on healthy eating basics as well as more specific guidance as to how diet can affect us based on many of the conditions common among people living and aging with HIV.
