POZabilities Complimentary Ticket Policy

Policy approved by the POZabilities Board of Directors on October 18, 2025

Helping Our Community Enjoy Shared Experiences

POZabilities sometimes receives a limited number of free tickets to concerts, shows, and community events. These tickets help reduce isolation and give our members opportunities to connect and enjoy time together.

Because tickets are limited and often in high demand, we ask members to help us use them responsibly.

What We Ask of You

If you request a complimentary ticket, please:

  • Pick up your ticket as instructed

  • Attend the event

OR

  • Let us know no later than 15 minutes before curtain time if you cannot attend due

to illness, transportation issues, or other reasons

We understand that health and life circumstances can change. Communication is what matters most.

What Is a No-Show?

A no-show happens when:

  • A ticket was reserved for you,

  • You did not pick it up, and

  • You did not let POZabilities know in advance that you could not attend.

No-Show Guidelines

To ensure fairness for all members:

  • One (1) no-show in a year

You will not be eligible for a ticket to the next event.

  • Two (2) no-shows in a year

You will not be eligible for tickets to the next two events.

  • Three (3) no-shows in a year

You will not be eligible for tickets to the next three events.

After the suspension period, you may request tickets again.

How This Is Managed

POZabilities keeps a confidential list to track no-shows and manage ticket requests fairly. If this policy affects your eligibility, you will be notified by email.

We’re Here to Support You

If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. This allows us to offer tickets to another member and helps keep you eligible for future events.

Our goal is to share these opportunities widely and ensure they benefit as many members as possible.
